Prior to launching Building Energy Performance, Ian served as a Senior Partner at Deloitte’s London office leading the European Financial Applications services division, which generated annual revenues over $50 million. It was his experience working on historic building restoration in London during the 90s where he first identified that energy efficient retrofits were technically possible but often not pursued because of financing challenges and perceived project complexity.
